Means sending Board Packet out 10 days in advance. Utilize video in order to get Board up to speed in prep for meetings. Prepare Chair with questions to ask for discussion on topics presented to be discussed. Have Board Members take turns presenting the mission moment. Have Committee Chairs present their area (instead of staff presentations).
